Our client is a council-owned developer at the heart of one of the most exciting regeneration stories in the South East transforming the area into a thriving place to live and work. As they bring more of their property management function in house, they're looking for a Property Manager to join their growing team.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Property, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day management of a residential rental portfolio. This is a hands-on, varied role covering everything from tenant liaison and rent monitoring to maintenance coordination, defect management, and tenancy administration. You'll be working within a small, collaborative team where your contribution will be visible and valued from day one.
