We are currently recruiting for an experienced After Sales Consultant to join a leading property organisation on a temporary basis, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right person. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service and property experience who enjoys supporting customers through the post-sales process and delivering an excellent customer journey.
The Role:
- Hybrid position with mandatory office days Tuesday & Wednesday in Farringdon
- Optional remote working for the remaining days
- Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
- Supporting homeowners throughout the after sales/staircasing process
- Liaising with solicitors, internal teams, and external stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
- Ensuring cases progress efficiently and within agreed deadlines
- Delivering a professional and customer-focused service at all times
About You:
- Previous experience within new homes, shared ownership, after sales, or customer care
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
- Confident using internal systems and handling sensitive information
- Property sector experience preferred
