The predicted salary is between 50000 - 70000 € per year.

This is a wide-ranging role supporting both the Investment Director (Living focussed - BTR, PBSA) and the Partnerships Director (Affordable Housing), assisting in managing external relationships, appraising new opportunities, managing information flows, and driving transactions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing and supporting relationships with key external stakeholders, including institutional investors, private equity, 3rd party operators, housing associations and the public sector.
  • Build relationships and trust with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support investor and partner engagement by tracking actions, preparing follow-ups, and ensuring materials are sent promptly.
  • Maintain and update stakeholder and CRM databases.
  • Coordinate relationship ownership, tiers and contact updates.
  • Set up and manage data rooms to support transactions, fundraising and investor/partner information flows.
  • Coordinate input across internal teams (Technical, Development, Land etc).
  • Track technical queries, ensure responses are captured and escalated when needed.
  • Lead in the preparation of marketing materials to support the funding and disposal of Build to Rent and Affordable Housing opportunities.
  • Support financial underwriting on an end-to-end basis from land acquisition to funding and disposal, including tracking comparable information and financial modelling.
  • Assist in coordinating inputs and preparing materials needed for legal negotiations, due diligence, and Investment Committee approvals.
  • Monitor deliverables across legal, commercial, technical and finance streams to keep transactions moving.

What you need:

  • Experience in real estate investment, development, or advisory, with exposure to Living sectors (BTR, PBSA) and/or affordable housing.
  • Experience working across transactions or complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with investors, registered providers, JV partners, and advisors.
  • Proactive and commercially minded, with the ability to take ownership within deal processes.
  • Strong real estate development understanding, including development, technical, and financial.
  • Experience managing information flows across multiple teams and external partners.
  • MRICS preferred but not essential.
