Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Internal Fit-Out Manager to oversee internal works on a student accommodation project. You will manage the fit-out of modular units from installation through to completion, ensuring delivery is on programme, to a high standard, and in line with Health & Safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage internal fit-out works from module installation to handover
- Coordinate subcontractors across drylining, MEP, joinery, and finishes
- Ensure quality control, snagging, and de-snagging processes are completed
- Monitor progress and report to senior management
- Resolve design, sequencing, and interface issues
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety standards
- Lead site coordination meetings
Requirements
- Proven experience in fit-out or internal packages delivery
- Background in residential or student accommodation projects
- Understanding of modular construction (desirable)
- Strong subcontractor management and coordination skills
- Ability to read drawings and manage programme
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid required
