Sales Administrator – Property Development (Hybrid – King\’s Cross)
Location: King\’s Cross (1-2 days in the office, remainder remote)
Salary: £28K – £32K (pro-rata, hourly rate equivalent)

Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing contracts, leases, and reservation documents.
- Ensuring mortgage offers, undertakings, AML & ID checks, and all required checklists are completed.
- Helping to manage the CRM system, property listings, and price lists.
- Attending meetings, taking minutes, and assisting with general admin tasks.
What We\’re Looking For:
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Experience in property, legal, or sales admin (preferred but not essential).
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working independently and remotely.
