  • Comfortable at £750k+ price points (ideally £1M+)
  • Able to confidently explain build quality & construction
  • Strong communication - you can articulate value, not just price
  • Polished, credible, and naturally consultative

Working pattern

5 days per week (rota) Weekend working essential (typically off Tues/Weds) Initial training period based in Surrey (Mon-Fri) before moving to site

Ideal if you're based within easy reach of: Uckfield, Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill, Lewes, Crowborough or Tunbridge Wells
