A growing residential property business is looking for an organised and customer-focused Lettings Coordinator to join their busy team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous property administration or lettings experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering a high level of service.
The successful candidate will support the lettings process from offer agreed through to move in, ensuring everything is handled efficiently, compliantly, and with excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Managing tenancy progression from offer acceptance through to move-in
- Acting as the main point of contact for tenants and landlords throughout the process
- Completing pre-tenancy administration and compliance checks
- Coordinating cleaning, maintenance, and contractor works ahead of tenancy starts
- Carrying out pre-tenancy property checks
- Managing keys, permits, and tenancy-related documentation
- Handling tenancy changes and contract variations
- Taking move-in payments where required
- Supporting the wider lettings team with administration, reporting, projects, and diary management
- Assisting with meetings, minute taking, and team coordination
- Previous experience within lettings, property administration, or residential property
- Strong understanding of tenancy processes and compliance
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Able to work calmly under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, positive, and solutions-focused
- Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
- ARLA qualification beneficial but not essential
