General Manager - Build to Rent - up to £55,000+bonus Sheffield City Centre Fixed-Term Contract (Expectation to Become Permanent) An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the UK's fastest-growing Build to Rent operators as General Manager of a flagship residential community in Sheffield.
Working within one of the most dynamic and rapidly expanding sectors of the UK property market, you'll take full responsibility for the operational, commercial and customer experience performance of a large-scale Build to Rent development, leading an on-site team while creating an exceptional living experience for residents.
Initially offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract, this role is expected to become permanent as the portfolio continues to grow and evolve.
The Opportunity This is a true General Manager position within the Build to Rent sector, offering full ownership of a professionally managed residential community.
You’ll be responsible for driving leasing performance, delivering best-in-class resident experience, overseeing building operations, managing financial performance and leading a high-performing on-site team.
