Finishing Foreman – Covent Garden
We\’re urgently seeking a Finishing Foreman for a high-spec residential project in Covent Garden. The ideal candidate will come from a trades background (carpentry preferred) and have a strong eye for detail and top-quality finishes.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing finishing trades (carpenters, decorators, etc.).
Managing snagging, inspections, and handovers.
Ensuring high-end finishes and attention to detail throughout.
Coordinating with site and project management teams.
Keeping works on programme and to spec.
Requirements:
Strong background as a Finishing Foreman on residential sites.
Carpentry or similar trade background essential.
SMSTS/SSSTS preferred.
