We're recruiting a Finance Manager for a well-established, privately held London property company with a portfolio spanning commercial offices and residential assets across the capital and South East. This is a hands-on, varied role sitting at the heart of the commercial business. You'll act as the key finance resource for the commercial team, covering everything from management accounts, cash flow management and property reporting through to business partnering with senior leaders, supporting the annual statutory accounts process, and playing an active role in an exciting ERP system implementation. It's a genuine all-rounder position where you'll need to be equally comfortable in the detail and in the boardroom.
What you'll be doing:
- Preparing quarterly management accounts and monthly property reports
- Managing cash flow across a rental stream of approximately £35m
- Supporting forecasting, business planning and the annual statutory accounts process
- Acting as the go-to finance partner for the commercial team and external agents
- Driving process improvement as the business transitions to a new ERP system
What we're looking for:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Experience within property or a similarly commercial environment
- Strong communicator who can translate numbers into clear business insight
- Proactive, commercially minded and comfortable in a small, close-knit team
