An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Events Coordinator to join one of London's most recognisable destinations, supporting the delivery of a diverse programme of large-scale public events, brand activations and seasonal campaigns.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where no two days are the same.
You'll play a key part in bringing high-profile events to life, working closely with internal teams, external suppliers and stakeholders to ensure every event is delivered safely, efficiently and to an exceptional standard.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating the planning and delivery of live events and activations.
- Managing event logistics, including production schedules, suppliers, staffing and onsite operations.
- Liaising with multiple internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Supporting live event days, troubleshooting issues and ensuring operations run smoothly.
- Assisting with budgets, purchase orders, invoices and general event administration.
- Producing and maintaining operational documentation, event plans and schedules.
- Monitoring event performance and supporting post-event reporting.
- Ensuring all events meet Health & Safety and compliance requirements.
About You
We're looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys the challenge of delivering memorable experiences.
You'll ideally have
- Previous experience coordinating live events, experiential activations or public events.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with a variety of stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating suppliers, contractors and event logistics.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and event management systems.
Experience within destination marketing, retail, hospitality, placemaking or large public venues would be advantageous but is not essential.
