- £38,856 per annum, paid as a day rate (inclusive of London Allowance)
- Hybrid (minimum 3 days on-site per week)
Seeking an experienced Estates Project Manager an established team on an 8-month fixed-term contract, covering a planned career break within the Estates department. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a world-renowned institution in delivering a variety of critical infrastructure and refurbishment projects.
You\’ll be responsible for managing a wide range of projects across our historic and modern buildings, from general room refurbishments to major infrastructure upgrades including lift replacements, lighting systems, and power/data improvements.
You\’ll work closely with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure all projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with minimal disruption to our operations.
- Someone with proven project management experience in estates, facilities, or construction.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Autodesk 2022).
- Excellent organisational skills .
- A practical mindset and the ability to work independently.
This is a hybrid role, with at least three days per week required on site at our central London campus. The ideal start date is 1st September 2025, with interviews planned for the week commencing 4th August.
