Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 per annum
Location: Head Office, North London
Contract: Permanent, Hybrid working
Experience: Minimum 1 year in property marketing
About the Role
Working within a dynamic and collaborative marketing team, you will support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional channels. This is a hands-on, varied role that sits at the heart of our sales and marketing operation, helping to drive enquiries and raise brand awareness for our residential developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, creation and delivery of marketing campaigns across digital and print channels
- Manage and update website content, ensuring all development information is accurate and up to date
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, scheduling posts and monitoring performance
- Assist with the production of marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, signage and email campaigns
- Coordinate with external agencies, photographers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of assets
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and compile regular reports for the team
- Support new development launches, including event coordination and on-site marketing activity
- Maintain the CRM database and assist with lead management and customer communications
- Carry out competitor and market research to help inform campaign strategies
About You
- At least 1 year's experience in a property marketing role (housebuilder, developer, or estate agency)
- A strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, email marketing and SEO
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Confident using marketing tools and platforms such as Mailchimp, Google Analytics or similar
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a genuine passion for marketing
- Familiarity with new homes marketing, including development launches, plot sales, and showhome activity
