The predicted salary is between 60000 - 80000 £ per year.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in residential or mixed-use development who wants to play a key role across the full development lifecycle – from acquisition and appraisal through to planning, delivery and completion. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership, consultants, contractors and investors on a varied pipeline of projects across London.

The Role

  • Undertake development appraisals, feasibility studies and viability assessments
  • Assess acquisition opportunities including planning potential and development constraints
  • Support land acquisition negotiations and due diligence
  • Coordinate external consultants including architects, planners and engineers
  • Assist with planning applications and development strategy
  • Monitor programme, budgets, risks and development milestones
  • Review construction costs, procurement and value engineering opportunities
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and funding partners

Requirements

  • Experience within property development, development consultancy or surveying
  • Strong understanding of development appraisals and viability
  • Commercially minded with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Degree qualified in Real Estate, Surveying, Property Development or related discipline
  • MRICS beneficial but not essential
  • Residential or mixed-use development experience preferred
