Are you passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience? We are seeking a dedicated Customer Relations Executive to join a leading property developer, ensuring a seamless journey for buyers from reservation through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide customers through their purchasing journey, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

  • Act as the main point of contact for buyers, providing updates and support.

  • Manage CRM systems, keeping track of customer interactions and key milestones.

  • Organise and attend buyer-focused events to enhance the customer experience.

  • Support the coordination of show homes and marketing suites to maintain high standards.

  • Liaise with internal teams, including sales, development, and customer service, to deliver an exceptional service.

About You:

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Customer-focused with a proactive and professional approach.

  • Excellent organisation and time management.

  • Experience within property, new homes, or a customer-facing role is beneficial but not essential.

  • Experience with sales progression and customer relations is preferable.
