A leading tenant-only commercial real estate advisor is looking for a Commercial Property Consultant to join its new business team in the City of London.The firm has advised office occupiers for more than 20 years and has one of the largest London occupier portfolios in the market.Its growing team of 40+ works with well-known names in technology, professional services, media and consumer brands.This role suits an ambitious B2B sales professional who wants to build a career in property, covering both the traditional leasehold and serviced office markets.

Because the firm acts for tenants only, you will always be on the occupier's side, which gives you a clear and credible message to take to market.You will receive full training in commercial property, with a focus on the UK office sector, so you can hold well-informed conversations with senior contacts from day one.You will work from a strong in-house database and see first-hand the business and real estate strategies of companies of every size.Commission sits on top of your basic salary, so your effort feeds directly into your earnings.
Key responsibilities
- Generate 100% new business across London companies in every sector
- Make research calls using a strong in-house database
- Qualify and generate leads through cold calling
- Present the firm's services confidently to senior-level contacts
- Cover both traditional leasehold and serviced office markets
- Manage new opportunities and pass them to senior team members
Requirements
- Proven success in a business-to-business telesales role
- Driven, determined and hard working, with a sense of urgency
- Confident approaching and dealing with senior business people
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Motivated by working to targets
