About the Role
Our client are looking for someone who enjoys creating structure, keeping things organised, and being the go-to person who ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This is a varied position where no two days are the same. You'll take ownership of the office environment, support employees throughout their journey with the business, and coordinate a range of operational and administrative activities.
A Typical Week Could Include:
- Welcoming new team members and helping them settle into the business.
- Managing employee documentation and ensuring records are maintained accurately.
- Supporting colleagues with day-to-day queries and requests.
- Keeping the office stocked, organised, and operating efficiently.
- Liaising with suppliers and arranging maintenance when needed.
- Coordinating meetings, schedules, and internal communications.
- Booking travel and assisting with logistics for business events.
- Supporting the delivery of team socials and employee engagement activities.
- Monitoring office-related spending and assisting with budget administration.
- Ensuring workplace procedures and health & safety requirements are followed.
- Providing support on projects and business initiatives as they arise.
What We're Looking For
