This is a brilliant opportunity for an organised, detail-driven administrator to join a close-knit team managing a high-quality residential portfolio across London. You will work alongside experienced Asset Managers, keeping the day to day running of the portfolio smooth, compliant and well organised. It is a varied role that will see you out visiting properties, managing tenant data, staying on top of compliance and supporting a busy property team with everything in between. If you enjoy a role where no two days look the same and you take pride in being the person who keeps everything ticking along, you will fit right in.

What you will be doing:

  • Drawing up agreements for new tenancies and preparing renewal agreements
  • Carrying out six monthly routine property visits across London and Greater London
  • Managing tenant data and maintaining accurate records, including tenancy schedules and filing
  • Organising EPCs, electrical checks, gas certificates and annual boiler servicing, and sending copies to tenants
  • Arranging key cutting and managing the key cabinet
  • Registering new residential addresses and applying for new addresses where needed
  • Maintaining the online parking system (iPermit) for parking spaces
  • Assisting with registering entities and properties on the VOA website and tracking correspondence

  • Producing weekly debt reports
  • Applying for new residential bin containers and reporting collection issues to the council
  • Reviewing property licence regulations across boroughs and applying for or renewing licences as required
  • Preparing rent increase letters on behalf of the property managers
  • Handling general team administration including courier bookings and document management

  • A proactive, can do attitude and a willingness to get stuck in
  • Comfortable being out and about visiting properties as well as working in the office
  • Previous experience in property, lettings or a similar administrative role is helpful but not essential, attitude and reliability matter most

What is on offer:

  • A salary of £28,000 to £32,000 depending on experience
  • The chance to learn the ropes of property management within a respected and well run portfolio
