Our client are looking for an organised and proactive Training Coordinator & Team Assistant to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a varied role supporting both the delivery of company-wide training across a large number of Estate Agency's and support to the senior leadership teams.
This position would suit someone who enjoys coordinating projects, managing multiple tasks, and working independently in a fast-paced environment.
The Role- Coordinating internal and external training sessions
- Liaising with third-party trainers and providers
- Booking meeting rooms, travel, and training venues
- Sending training invites and managing attendance
- Reviewing training materials and assisting with Q&A content
- Supporting on-site training events
- Providing PA support to senior directors
- Managing expenses, diaries, and meeting coordination
- Supporting day-to-day team administration and operations
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage workloads independently and use initiative
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Previous property, lettings, sales, or office support experience beneficial
- Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Salary up to £35,000
- Hybrid working - 1 day from home per week
