A well-established property developer is looking to hire a Resales Progression Executive to join their high-performing team in Central London. This is a great opportunity to join a business with a strong pipeline of stock, driven by a large portfolio of developments built over the past 10 years. As these homes mature, the resales function has become a key part of the business, generating high volumes of transactions.
The Role
This is not a traditional sales role - it’s focused on sales progression and deal management. You’ll be responsible for managing a high volume of resales transactions, acting as the key point of contact for all parties involved and ensuring deals progress smoothly through to completion. You’ll regularly deal with multiple stakeholders, including buyers, sellers, solicitors, managing agents, and freeholders, handling enquiries and keeping everything on track.
About You
- Previous experience in estate agency is essential
- Ideally experienced in sales progression or a high-volume environment
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple deals at once
- Confident dealing with a range of stakeholders
- Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced team
The Team & Environment
You’ll be joining a strong, established team with a proven track record, generating close to £800k annually. It’s a busy, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Package & Working Pattern
- £39k basic salary
- £6,000 commission (standard across the team)
