What you'll be doing (day-to-day):
- Managing property operations, admin, and reporting
- Handling invoicing, quotes, and reconciliations
- Carrying out property inspections (reports, photos, uploads)
- Coordinating maintenance, contractors, and suppliers
- Supporting high-end clients and ad hoc requests
- Keeping everything organised, accurate, and moving
Requirements:
- Experience in property management, property operations, or residential services
- Strong admin and financial accuracy (invoicing, tracking, reporting)
