We're looking for a confident and proactive Inbound Sales & Customer Advisor to join a busy team supporting clients and helping them navigate their property needs. This 3 month contract has strong potential to become permanent; perfect for someone wanting a career side-step into property without losing their sales edge!

What you'll do:
- Handle inbound customer calls and enquiries with personality and professionalism.
- Respond quickly to leads, including overnight enquiries.
- Keep accurate records and update client interactions in our CRM.
- Support the team with admin tasks, document prep, and reports.
- Spot opportunities and buying signals through friendly, effective questioning.
Who you are:
- Experienced in customer service or admin, ideally with a sales background.
- Confident on the phone with excellent communication skills.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using CRM systems.
- Interested in property or leasing (desirable, not essential).
