The Role
- Day-to-day management of a residential rental portfolio, reporting to the Head of Property Management.
- Key duties include:
- Tenant liaison and communication
- Rent monitoring and tenancy administration
- Defect management and maintenance coordination
About You
You'll come from a property background - lettings, residential management, block management or housing - and be organised, proactive and people-focused. Just as important is your personality: approachable, down-to-earth and able to hit the ground running in a small team.
