Are you a data-driven digital marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are working exclusively with a well-established, family-owned housebuilder, one of the most respected names in the Southeast, to hire their first ever Digital Marketing Executive. This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to join a tight-knit marketing team at a pivotal moment, with real scope to shape and own the digital function from day one. You will report directly into a commercially sharp Head of Marketing and work alongside a Marketing Coordinator embedded in the business's active development sites.
The role
- No two days look the same. One day you are pulling GA4 reports and optimising a Google Ads campaign; the next you are turning a site launch into a social moment or refreshing a development page on the website.
- You will be the digital heartbeat of the marketing team - translating what is happening on the ground into digital activity that drives leads and builds brand presence.
- Plan, run, and optimise campaigns across paid search, paid social, email, and display.
- Own GA4 reporting - tracking performance, spotting trends, and reducing cost per lead.
- Manage and update the website via WordPress, keeping content sharp and SEO strong.
- Run social media across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create content - emails, landing pages, digital brochures, and social assets - using Canva and/or Adobe Suite.
- Work closely with the on-site Marketing Coordinator, turning their intel into digital output.
What we are looking for
- The analytical side is the foundation of this role - someone who lives in the data and uses it to make decisions. Creative ability matters too, but instinct alone won’t cut it here.
- 2+ years in a digital marketing role with a strong analytical track record.
- Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and a CRM platform.
- Confident across SEO, PPC, paid social, and email marketing.
- Good content creator - solid copy, Canva and/or Adobe, ideally some video editing.
- Comfortable in WordPress or a similar CMS.
- Proactive, positive, and comfortable working at pace alongside demanding stakeholders.
- Property or housebuilding experience is a bonus - but genuine curiosity about the sector counts for a lot.
- Driving licence desirable but not essential.
What is on offer
- £36,450 salary.
- 1 day working from home per week.
- 26 days holiday plus your birthday off, increasing with service.
- Pension with up to 10% employer contribution.
- Discretionary bonus scheme.
- Private Bupa healthcare, Medicash health cash plan, gym discount, and EAP mental health support.
- Life assurance up to 8x salary.
- Free on-site parking and EV charging.
