Regional Facilities Manager | Temporary (3-6 months) |
We're hiring a Regional Facilities Manager on an initial 3-6 month temporary contract, covering a portfolio of five residential developments across:
- Bristol
- Bath
- Cardiff
- SouthamptonThis
This is a senior, hands-on regional role - not remote, not single-site. You'll be out visiting your buildings regularly, leading a team of Building Services Managers, and making sure every community is safe, compliant and running brilliantly from day one.
What you’ll own:
- Team leadership & people development
- Statutory compliance & H&S across the region
- Planned & reactive maintenance
- Mobilisation of new developments
- Budget control (£8m+)
- Customer experience across all sites
What we’re looking for:
- Strong regional FM experience - ideally from a residential, hotel, or PBSA (student accommodation) background rather than commercial FM
- Someone who can hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up time
- IOSH Managing Safely + BIFM Level 4 (or working towards)
- Confident with M&E, statutory compliance, and supply chain management
- A driver with your own car, happy to travel regularly across the region
- Senior and credible enough to lead contractors, chair H&S forums, and liaise with enforcement bodies
