We're recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded, five-star housebuilder with an outstanding reputation for quality and customer experience across London and the South. With exciting new site launches planned in Cambridgeshire, they're looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join the team.
The Role
You’ll be the face of the development - guiding customers through every stage of the new build buying journey, from first enquiry through to completion and key handover. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll be responsible for securing reservations, exchanges and completions against monthly targets, managing all associated paperwork and compliance, and delivering the exceptional experience this housebuilder is known for. You’ll work closely with legal, construction and wider sales teams, and will also support site launches and marketing activity. Please note: weekend working is required every weekend.
The Candidate
- Proven experience in new homes sales at Sales Consultant level (Senior Consultant also considered)
- This is not a stepping stone role - we are not able to consider candidates looking to use this position to move up from Consultant to Senior
- Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and buying journey
- Confident, commercially driven and genuinely customer-focused
- Well-organised, professional and comfortable working to targets
The Package
- Basic salary up to £34,000
- OTE up to £58,000 (£24,000 commission)
- 26 days holiday
