Our client is a fast-growing, modern law firm specialising in residential conveyancing, with offices across Southern England including London. They're friendly, supportive, and ambitious - and they're looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join their team.

About the role

This is a brilliant opportunity for an enthusiastic communicator to join a thriving company with fantastic long-term career prospects. You'll be a key face of the firm, helping to convert new business and build lasting relationships across the industry.

  • Completing quotes professionally to ensure matter conversion
  • Acting as a first point of contact for prospective clients
  • Liaising with and updating agents under partner supervision
  • Visiting agents, attending networking events, and organising agent events

What we’re looking for

  • Self-motivated with strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
  • Proven experience as Estate Agent and full understanding of conveyancing
  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
  • Previous experience in a sales or business development role (preferred)
  • Full, clean UK driving licence (required)
