Way of Life is seeking a diligent Resident Host to work 12-hour shifts on a 4 days on/4 days off cycle at Tottenham Hale. You will be the brand ambassador, manage access control, assist residents and contractors, and help maintain a safe, clean, and well-run building.
You will greet residents, handle enquiries, coordinate with contractors, and assist with inductions and parcel management. A strong customer-service approach and ability to work across teams are essential.
