About the role
You’ll be embedded at a BTR development in Bristol, working across leasing and front‑of‑house resident services. Expect back‑to‑back viewings, lead management, and real responsibility – not photocopying. You’ll support everything from first enquiry through to signed tenancy. This is a six‑day‑a‑week role – suited to someone who’s ready to commit and make a real contribution.
What you’ll be doing
- Outbound sales – calls, emails, texts, and walk‑ins to generate and convert leads
- Conducting in‑person and virtual property viewings
- Progressing applications from lead to lease – referencing, docs, and tenancy agreements
- Managing leads through CRM – accurate records and timely follow‑ups
- Supporting resident renewals and community engagement
- Monitoring local market trends and competitor activity
