The Opportunity

We’re recruiting a New Homes Sales Consultant / New Homes Sales Advisor to join a 2-person site team on a brand-new development launch in Bracknell, Berkshire. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Selling homes off-plan and through live build
  • Managing the customer journey from first enquiry to reservation
  • Building strong relationships with buyers, agents, and internal teams
  • Representing the development professionally at all times

This is a high-visibility role, ideal for someone confident, commercially sharp, and comfortable taking ownership.

About you

Essential:

  • Minimum 18 months’ experience in new homes sales
  • Proven success selling off-plan properties
  • Target-driven, resilient, and self-motivated
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Knowledge of Bracknell or the wider Berkshire area
  • Experience working on complex or high-demand developments
