We are looking for a commercially driven, relationship‑focused Account Manager to join a growing business operating at the heart of the UK property and legal sector. This is a pivotal role responsible for driving new instructions, strengthening key introducer relationships, and delivering sustainable revenue growth across the business. Working closely with multiple internal teams, you will combine proactive business development with strategic account management, ensuring every referral partner receives an exceptional experience from first contact through to completion.

As Account Manager, your primary focus will be to maintain, develop, and grow relationships with referring partners while identifying opportunities to maximise lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue across your accounts. You will act as the key point of contact for introducers and stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration between referral partners, fee earners, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service standards and SLA performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with key accounts and introducer partners across the business
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all matters relating to account performance and service delivery
  • Work closely with New Business Advisors, New Business Managers, and Team Leads to ensure effective delivery of Key Account SLAs and KPIs
  • Liaise between key accounts and fee earners to maximise productivity and increase pipeline turnover
  • Attend regular meetings with key accounts, stakeholders, and internal teams to maintain strong working relationships
  • Deliver training, guidance, and support to introducers on processes, systems, and service standards
  • Build long‑term, trusted partnerships that support sustainable business growth
Commercial Performance and Business Growth
  • Identify opportunities to increase lead volumes, instructions, and revenue within existing accounts
  • Conduct regular analysis and reporting to identify successes, gaps, and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximise opportunities and improve pipeline conversion
  • Produce and deliver weekly and monthly account performance reports
  • Work towards and exceed quarterly targets, with commission payable upon achievement
Service Delivery and Problem Resolution
  • Manage and resolve key account complaints in a professional and solutions‑focused manner
  • Ensure smooth communication and handovers between referral partners and conveyancing teams
  • Act as a proactive problem solver, identifying issues early and implementing effective resolutions
About You
  • Experience in account management and business development
  • Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to manage key account relationships at all levels
  • Commercially driven with a strong focus on targets, growth, and performance
  • Conveyancing, property, or legal sector knowledge
  • Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • A confident and consultative communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self‑motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive in approach

The Package
  • Base salary £37,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
