About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Accommodation Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis, covering a key period during the busy summer season. This is an operational role ideal for someone with existing PBSA experience who can hit the ground running and integrate smoothly with an established team. The successful candidate will work closely with the on-site team and will need to demonstrate initiative and the ability to manage day-to-day accommodation tasks with confidence and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day running of the student accommodation site.
- Assist with summer check-in and check-out processes.
- Respond to resident queries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Liaise with maintenance, cleaning, and other on-site teams.
- Ensure the site operates smoothly during peak summer turnaround.
- Maintain accurate records and administrative tasks as required.
- Work collaboratively with the team to uphold standards and service levels.
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in PBSA or student accommodation strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
