The Package:
- Competitive basic salary OTE: £55,000+ (uncapped - the sky's the limit for high achievers)
- Working Pattern: 5 days per week, 1 weekend off in 6
- Hours: 10am-5pm
What You'll Be Doing:
This is a hands-on, site-based role where you'll own the full customer journey from first enquiry right through to completion and handover. You'll be hitting sales targets, conducting property viewings and demonstrations, managing all the paperwork and CRM updates, and working closely with mortgage brokers and solicitors to ensure a seamless experience for every buyer. You'll also be the face of the development - maintaining a professional, high-quality presentation and staying sharp on competitor and market knowledge.
