The Role
- Take ownership of tenancy lifecycle management, working to minimise voids, maximise rental income, and deliver a seamless customer journey.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including Property Management and Finance, ensuring efficient processes and high service standards throughout.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage tenancy anniversaries, renewals, and key milestones across the portfolio.
- Lead rent review processes, including negotiations and statutory notice issuance.
- Drive resident retention through proactive engagement and high service delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth tenancy transitions and compliance.
- Maintain accurate tenancy records and system updates.
- Handle tenant enquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely resolution.
- Support tenancy administration including documentation and payment setup.
- Monitor and report on key KPIs including retention and customer satisfaction.

About You
