Job Description
We're working with a respected main contractor who's looking for a Site Administrator to join their team on a 12-month temporary contract. This is a site-based role with a fantastic team known for being welcoming, supportive, and truly collaborative.\\n\\nIf you're organised, tech-savvy, and experienced in construction environments, this could be the perfect fit.\\n\\n🔧 About the Role\\n\\nYou'll support site operations by ensuring documentation, compliance, reporting, and communication run smoothly across the project. You'll work closely with senior management and site teams to help keep things on track day-to-day.\\n\\n✅ Key Responsibilities\\n\\nSite Administration\\n\\nUpload and manage documents on systems like SharePoint, 4P, and shared drives.\\n\\nMaintain accurate daily site attendance using Biosite.\\n\\nUpload key Vistry documents to 4P and keep them updated.\\n\\nKeep waste management records up to date and generate monthly reports.\\n\\nManage labour timesheets and track delivered materials.\\n\\nSupport senior management with documentation, meeting notes, and reminders for key deadlines and updates.\\n\\nBiosite System Management\\n\\nEnsure operatives are logged in and inducted.\\n\\nManage the delivery booking system and monitor/report any system issues.\\n\\nProvide attendance or access reports as needed.\\n\\nGeneral Office & Site Support\\n\\nKeep site records well-organised (both digital and hard copies).\\n\\nManage office supplies, PPE stock, welfare keys, and requisitions.\\n\\nBook maintenance or repairs as needed and ensure office space is tidy and functional.\\n\\nArrange meetings and events – from calendar coordination to refreshments and tech setup.\\n\\nTrack and report on local labour objectives for internal employment and training records.\\n\\n🧩 What We're Looking For\\n\\nEssential Skills:\\n\\nSolid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Outlook, and Teams.\\n\\nComfortable using SharePoint, PDF editors, and access control software (e.g.
