The Role
Sitting between the Principal and two Project Managers, this is a genuine senior appointment - someone who can take ownership of projects and act as a trusted client-facing representative, without needing to be managed closely. You will run projects end-to-end: from early design coordination and consultant management through procurement, construction and handover, acting as both client representative and contract administrator as required.
