We are looking for an experienced Project Director, to join our client and oversee a 200m job in SE London.
You have operational control over the development, ensuring seamless execution from procurement to completion. You will be responsible for health & safety, project sequencing, supply chain management, and stakeholder engagement. This is a senior leadership role, demanding a strategic mindset, commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of the development industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project teams, including recruitment and chairing key meetings.
- Oversee third-party management and ensure all agreements are in place.
