Hiring: M&E Design Manager Location: West London Project: Large scale regeneration project (RC Frame) Salary: Up to £90,000 Our client, a residential and mixed use developer, who have established themselves as a leader in the London market, are looking for an M&E Design Manager to work on a large-scale, mixed-use development in West London The development will feature residential, commercial, and public spaces. Joining the project team you will lead the mechanical and electrical design elements of this ambitious development. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless integration of M&E services across all aspects of the project through delivery. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the design, coordination, and integration of all M&E services (mechanical, electrical, and public health systems) for the project. Work with architects, contractors, and consultants, to deliver design solutions that meet the project\’s quality, sustainability, and cost objectives Manage the review of M&E designs, ensuring they are compliant with local regulations and industry standards Work alongside the site team to ensure timely delivery of the M&E design and smooth integration during construction Provide technical guidance and support through all phases of the project, from early design development to on-site implementation About You: Degree qualified in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or qualified via experience Proven experience in managing M&E design on large-scale mixed-use or residential developments Strong knowledge of UK building regulations, standards, and industry best practices
