Lettings Associate – Key Responsibilities:\\n\\nLeasing & Administration\\n\\nConduct viewings and respond to lettings enquiries promptly\\nOversee referencing process and minimise delays\\nTrain and mentor junior team members on lettings procedures\\nAchieve lettings targets and maximise occupancy rates\\nConduct competitor analysis and mystery shopping\\nUpdate property listings on platforms (Rightmove, Zoopla, etc.)\\nProcess applications, background checks, and credit checks\\nManage deposit protection and check-in/check-out reports\\nCollect rents and record transactions in property management system (Yardi)Customer Service\\n\\nProvide exceptional service to residents, prospective tenants, and visitors\\nAddress resident issues within 24 hours\\nHandle complex lettings queries escalated from junior staff\\nPromote community atmosphere and participate in resident events\\nExceed customer service expectationsProperty Upkeep\\n\\nComply with fire safety and health & safety standards\\nConduct scheduled flat inspections\\nAssist with reactive maintenance and defects management\\nMonitor property cleanliness and appearanceRequirements:\\n\\nExperience in property lettings or related sector\\nStrong sales skills and proven track record meeting targets\\nExcellent customer service and organisational skills\\nIntermediate IT skills (Microsoft Office, property management systems)\\nAbility to work Saturdays and public holidays\\nDesirable: ARLA qualification, Yardi knowledge, private residential sector experience
