As Junior Property Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality maintenance services across a portfolio of new build homes, working closely with field operatives, contractors, and internal teams to ensure maintenance operations run smoothly and efficiently. The role is centred on coordinating repairs, managing unit churns, and ensuring properties are well-presented and ready for occupancy. A strong emphasis is placed on cross-functional collaboration - particularly with Tenancy, Lettings, and Finance teams - to deliver a seamless resident experience and operational consistency.
