We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to take responsibility for a diverse portfolio of residential blocks and estates across London and the Home Counties. This is a key role within a growing property management business, suited to someone who values strong relationships, high standards of service, and proactive estate management.
The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for their portfolio, balancing customer service, compliance, and commercial awareness. Regular site visits are required, so access to a vehicle is essential (business mileage reimbursed).
Key responsibilities- Day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential blocks and estates
- Acting as the first point of contact for residents, directors, and stakeholders
- Carrying out site inspections and producing clear action reports
- Chairing directors' meetings and AGMs
- Managing risk and supporting statutory and regulatory compliance
- Providing technical and operational guidance to client boards
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritise a varied workload
- Confidence working with financial information and service charge budgets
- Strong IT skills; experience with property management software desirable
- Professional, adaptable communication style with strong customer focus
- Commercial awareness and sound judgement
- Accountable and proactive, with a focus on seeing issues through to resolution
- Detail-oriented and thorough, with a practical, common-sense approach
- Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple priorities

- At least two years' experience in block or estate management
