We are working with a leading developer who are now seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join a high rise project in South East London. This is an excellent opportunity to be involved in a major regeneration project and work with an experienced Project Team.
The Role:
- Assisting with the management of on-site operations, including subcontractors, materials and logistics
- Supporting the Site Manager in maintaining high standards of health & safety, quality and compliance
- Monitoring progress and quality control across assigned work areas
- Coordinating trades and resolving on-site issues efficiently
- Communicating effectively with subcontractors, consultants and the wider project team
- Using digital QA / site management systems to track progress and quality
About You:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager or similar on large-scale residential projects
- Background working for a main contractor, ideally on RC frame developments
- Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing and quality standards
- Proactive, organised and solutions-focused
- Confident communicator with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Keen to progress your career on high-end residential schemes
