About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Front of House Associate to join our team on a day shift pattern. You will serve as the primary point of contact for residents and visitors, delivering outstanding service and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the face of the development, ensuring exceptional service delivery to all residents and visitors
- Maintain availability to residents throughout your shift
- Uphold the highest cleaning and presentation standards throughout the property
- Proactively identify and address maintenance issues, performing minor repairs where possible (e.g., light bulb changes)
- Manage parcel services including receiving, safekeeping, and distribution of all deliveries and registered mail in accordance with established procedures
- Conduct utility meter readings for all properties as required
- Provide comprehensive shift handovers to team members, documenting all incidents and upcoming events
- Oversee car parking operations to ensure smooth functioning
- Manage key issuance and returns, maintaining accurate records in line with company procedures
- Coordinate and facilitate access for external services including utility companies, waste collection, deliveries, and maintenance contractors
- Conduct regular building patrols, monitor CCTV systems, and perform safety checks
- Handle general enquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests professionally and efficiently
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in a Front Desk or Concierge role
- Demonstrated track record of delivering high-level customer service
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work independently and use own initiative while following established procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with databases and booking systems
