Customer Care Operative (Multi-Trader) – Permanent Position\\n Wembley, London\\n Up to £50,000 per annum\\n\\nWe are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Customer Care Operative (Multi-Trader) to join a residential project in Wembley. This is a permanent, full-time position based on a high-quality new build scheme comprising over 600 apartments.\\n\\nWorking within the Customer Care team, you'll maintain the high standards of this development post-handover. You'll be responsible for addressing residents' snagging issues and completing a variety of remedial tasks in occupied properties.\\n Day-to-day responsibilities include:\\n\\nRemedial works in response to customer snag lists\\nPainting and decorating\\nTiling repairs and replacements\\nMastic works\\nPatch plastering\\nFlooring repairs\\nGeneral multi-trade tasks as required\\n What we're looking for:\\n\\nProven experience as a multi-trader or in a similar customer care role within the residential sector\\nHigh attention to detail and excellent finishing skills\\nConfident working in occupied homes with a professional and customer-focused attitude\\nAbility to work independently and efficiently manage daily tasks\\n What's on offer:\\n\\nStatic role based entirely at one development – no travel between sites\\nCompetitive salary of up to £50,000 per annum\\nLong-term job security with a well-established developer\\nSupportive and professional working environment
