Deverell Smith Ltd is seeking an experienced Associate Leasing Manager to lead the lease-up of 70 BTR homes in Cambridge. This delivery-focused, site-based role has clear accountability for occupancy targets, resident experience and leasing performance during mobilisation and stabilisation.
You will work closely with the Regional BTR Operations Manager, asset owner and partners, maintaining hands-on on-site leadership throughout the lease-up period and delivering exceptional results.
