We are currently looking for an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to join a premium housebuilder on a stunning development just outside Reading, beautifully set within the Berkshire countryside. The development consists of high-spec 4 and 5-bedroom homes that are ready for immediate occupation. This is an ongoing temporary role and a great opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full customer journey, from initial enquiry through to completion
- Build rapport with potential buyers and provide a professional, consultative sales approach
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to the sales team
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous new homes sales experience preferred, or strong background in property sales
- Confident working independently and dealing with a fast-moving sales environment
- Immediately available or available at short notice
- Ideal for someone in between permanent roles or seeking a temp role with ongoing potential
