A residential fund manager overseeing Β£400m+ of assets, is seeking an Asset Manager for a 9-month maternity cover position.

The Opportunity

  • Manage c.1,700 residential properties across the UK, leading relationships with external property managers and driving operational performance for institutional investors.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee third-party property managers and lead performance reporting cycles
  • Manage portfolio KPIs: voids, arrears, and expenditure
  • Approve lettings activity and identify value-add opportunities
  • Analyse data to optimise portfolio performance
  • Ensure institutional standards across all operations
