The Opportunity
- Manage c.1,700 residential properties across the UK, leading relationships with external property managers and driving operational performance for institutional investors.
What You'll Do
- Oversee third-party property managers and lead performance reporting cycles
- Manage portfolio KPIs: voids, arrears, and expenditure
