deVere Group is part of a global financial services group operating across 100+ countries. We are recruiting for our international trainee programme starting July 2026. Joining our Entry‑Level Financial Planning Development Program will provide you with a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience, excellent learning and development resources, and the chance to build a successful career as a Financial Planner.

About the opportunity

  • You will be trained and supported in a client‑facing, business development environment, developing core skills in:
    • Telephone communication and client outreach
    • Lead generation and follow‑up activity
    • Networking and relationship building
    • Supporting experienced international advisors in a performance‑driven environment

This is a hands‑on role focused on communication, activity, and measurable results.

Training and progression

  • Onboarding begins in our Malta or Mauritius academies
  • Placement in an international office upon successful completion
  • Full relocation support is provided, including flights and accommodation
