deVere Group is part of a global financial services group operating across 100+ countries. We are recruiting for our international trainee programme starting July 2026. This is an entry-level development role designed to build future financial advisors through structured international training and placement.

About the opportunity

  • You will be trained and supported in a client-facing, business development environment, developing core skills in:
    • Telephone communication and client outreach
    • Lead generation and follow-up activity
    • Networking and relationship building
    • Supporting experienced international advisors in a performance-driven environment

Training and progression

  • This is a hands-on role focused on communication, activity, and measurable results.
  • Onboarding begins in our Malta or Mauritius academies.
  • Placement in an international office upon successful completion.
  • Full relocation support is provided, including flights and accommodation.
