This is a hands-on, performance-driven role suited to individuals who enjoy working with people, building relationships and working towards measurable results.

Experience in sales, business development, hospitality, sport or other people-focused environments can be advantageous, although previous financial services experience is not essential.
This is not a traditional investment banking, financial analysis or back-office position .
The role is focused on financial advisory, wealth management, client relationships and business development . It is best suited to individuals who want a commercially focused, client-facing career rather than a purely analytical or technical role.
